👪 Parent Commitment
Parent Code of Conduct
As a Stingray parent, I will:
- Promote respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Let coaches coach—direct questions to them via email.
- Avoid negative behavior (e.g., yelling, arguing).
- Address concerns with staff only—not officials.
- Encourage all swimmers positively.
Failure to follow this code may result in removal from practices or meets.
Volunteering is Mandatory
- Sign up for 6 volunteer roles/collect 6 points per family.
- If you don’t sign up, you may be assigned a role.
- Can’t make your shift? You must find a replacement.

🌦️ WEATHER POLICY
Practice and swim meets take place in the rain. However, any sound of thunder or instance of lightning clears the pool until at least 30 minutes have passed without a recurrence. The safety of all swimmers is of the greatest importance. If there is stormy weather in the area we will be monitoring it closely and send notice if practice is canceled. Please do not leave the meet until the it has been called.Â
Download the Swimtopia app and allow for push notification in order to be notified via text message and cancellations or changes to practices or meets.
