The Stingray Way
This week's team core value spotlight: Sportsmanship
Here's how we can all model kind, team-first behavior at swim meets:
- Play fair and follow the rules
- Respect officials, coaches, volunteers, swimmers, and families
- Stay in designated spaces and clean up before you leave
- Be a good teammate by cheering for and supporting others
- Handle wins and losses with humility and grace
"If character is what you do when no one is watching, then sportsmanship is that conduct with everyone watching."
- Bob Ley, Sports Journalist
