Preparing For Home Swim Meet Tonight

Hi Stingray Families,
Here are a few quick reminders for our first home meet tonight:
Schedule
- Swimmers arrive by 5:15 pm and check in with coaches
- Stingrays' warm-up time: 5:20 - 5:35 pm
- Volunteers meeting: 5:30 pm
- National anthem & meet start: 6:00 pm
What to Bring
- Team shirt, swimsuit, and cap
- Goggles
- Towels
- Permanent marker
Parking
- Limited parking is available behind the pool.
- Overflow parking is on Pumpkin Way, Minnie Lemmond, and Raven Top.
- Walk or carpool where possible.
- Do not park in fire lanes, near hydrants, crosswalks, or stop signs, and avoid blocking mailboxes or driveways. Park on one side of the street only.
Sitting Areas
Note the map below to see where the visiting team and our home team swimmers and families should sit. Please bring folding chairs to ensure ample seating.
Concessions
- Burger Box (CLT Burger Box )
- Sammy’s Snow Cones
- Stingray concessions (drinks, snacks, candy; Venmo or cash accepted)
- Clean up your area before leaving
Theme Night
We are introducing theme nights for our home meets this season to add some fun. This week is Hawaiian Tropical Oasis. We will offer leis for families to wear and play beach music during the evening. No parent action required!
