Hi Stingray Families,

We’re in the midst of another busy week of practices, meets, and team events! Just a few friendly reminders to help everything run smoothly:

Meet Declarations
Please make sure your swimmer is marked as attending or not attending in SwimTopia. If your plans change, update it as soon as possible. The deadline is Wednesday, June 10th at 9:00 am. For any same-day attendance changes, please text Coach Amanda directly at 315-264-2356.

Clean-Up After Events
Let’s work together to keep our pool areas clean and welcoming. After practices and meets (both home and away), please:

• Throw away all trash
• Return chairs and equipment to their proper places

Meet Behavior & Seating

• No playing in the kiddie pool or entry pool
• Swimmers should stay seated with their team. This helps the Clerk of Course easily locate swimmers when it’s time for their events.

Marking Swimmers

Please use Sharpie markers only when labeling swimmers. Other types of pens can bleed and stain pool chairs.

• Swimmers Arrive: 5:15 PM
• Summerwood Warm-Up: 5:20–5:35 PM
• Visiting Team Warm-Up: 5:35–5:50 PM
• Volunteers Meeting: 5:30 PM (on deck)
• National Anthem & Meet Start: 6:00 PM

Concessions

• Burger Box (CLT Burger Box)
• Sammy’s Snow Cones
• Drinks, snacks, and candy; Venmo or cash accepted)
